12 days of fitness

Day 7 of our "12 days of fitness" (our active approach to the 12 days of Christmas) and what a lovely morning we had in Anglesboro N.S. It was a welcome break from using the hall the past few mornings. Although as our video below shows, not everyone was as enthusiastic when they were given 8 burpees!!!
